Christian I. Duque

Christian is the son of a Cuban father and a Chilean mother and understands the tough road that lies ahead for newly arrived immigrants in the United States. His parents had two completely different immigrant experiences based on their circumstances. Immigration Law is extremely fact-driven, and each case is truly unique. Therefore, he chose to work at O’Brien Law Group, a firm that fights hard for every single client in an ever-changing field of law.

Christian has been active in various progressive causes, has been a vegetarian for thirty years, and writes for various fitness publications. One fun fact about him is that he loves the work he does with child custody cases through the Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases. To learn more about SIJS and the path to residency for immigrant children, contact the O'Brien Law Group, today.
